Product center overview
The product center is the independent MatwingsVenus Mall, where you browse currently public product information from Tianwu Tech, find items by product name, item number, or keyword, and confirm specifications, quotes, and delivery terms through the inquiry or sales channels.
The mall currently focuses on product display and consultation. The home page offers product navigation, recommended and best-selling products, plus Leave a message and Contact sales; whether direct purchase, payment, and delivery are available follows the specific product details and later confirmation.
What the product center is for
Use the product center to:
- Look up a known product's features.
- Compare similar enzymes, affinity chromatography resins, or other bioprocess materials.
- Confirm whether a product fits your experiment system, process conditions, or application.
- Inquire about pricing, pack sizes, stock, shipping, and delivery times.
- Propose custom needs when no existing product fully matches.
The product center does not run protein analysis and is not a wet-lab ordering page. For database retrieval or computation, use the agent workbench; for gene synthesis, expression, or purification services, use wet-lab services.
Enter the mall from the platform
- Open the MatwingsVenus® home page.
- Find the MatwingsVenus® Products area.
- Select Enter product center; the page jumps to the independent mall.
The mall home page offers All and Products navigation at the top, recommended products in the middle, and best-sellers below. Carousel content and ordering may change as the mall updates.
Information inside a separate site
The mall is a separate site. To return to the agent, wet-lab, or expert services, re-enter the MatwingsVenus® platform.

If a standard product matches, search the product center first; use wet-lab services when the platform must run experiments; consider Solutions when combining products, R&D, and experiments.
Product information boundaries
- Recommended and Best-selling reflect display or promotion status, not fitness for a particular experiment.
- Product images and highlights are for quick orientation; check details, technical data, and QC before purchasing.
- Specifications, pricing, stock, delivery times, and shipping terms may change; sales confirmation governs.
- Products sharing a name may differ in item number, pack size, activity, buffer system, or storage—provide the full product identifier when inquiring.
- Not finding a product in the mall does not mean the platform cannot supply it; use the inquiry entry with your technical requirements, or move to Solutions for custom needs.
- Product descriptions do not replace experimental validation. For critical workflows, arrange incoming inspection or suitability testing per your quality requirements.
