Quotes and inquiries

The MatwingsVenus Mall currently receives product inquiries, quote requests, and custom needs through the Leave a message form and sales contact entries. Before submitting, settle the target product, use case, quantity, and expected purchase timing; inquiry entries do not generate public prices—final specifications, quotes, stock, and delivery terms are confirmed afterwards.

This page covers preparing and filling in the inquiry. Post-submission prompts, reference numbers, and contact progress follow the actual page and staff response.

Prepare the procurement need

Before opening the form, find candidates via Search and browse products and prepare:

Information What to prepare
Product identity Full name, English name, item number or model; or the product direction if no standard product exists
Use case Sample type, experiment or process stage, target use, current problem
Key requirements Activity, purity, capacity, tolerance conditions, or other technical indicators to meet
Quantity Pack size, estimated quantity, and whether trial, scale-up, or batched delivery is needed
Purchase plan Just exploring, buying soon, or an approximate planned date
Technical material Data sheets, COA, SDS, batch tests, or compliance files needed
Supply terms Stock, quote, lead time, shipping, and storage conditions to confirm

If the exact model is undecided, do not substitute a similar product at random. State the intended use, must-meet indicators, and constraints, and let sales or technical staff help identify candidates.

Use Leave a message

You can start a product-linked inquiry from the detail page:

  1. Search the mall and open the target product's detail page.
  2. Verify the title and introduction—make sure it is not a similarly named product.
  3. Select Get a quote to open the Leave a message form.
  4. Fill in contact and procurement details; re-check product, quantity, and contact info before submitting.

The quote inquiry form opened from a product detail page

The form currently contains:

Field Required Notes

Organization / Company / School Yes The formal name of your institution
Phone Yes A number that can receive follow-up contact
Email Yes A mailbox that can receive product material or quotes
Identity type No Student, teacher, researcher, corporate R&D, procurement, or other
Request type No Product inquiry, quote inquiry, technical solution, custom development, or other

Requirement description Yes Use case, target specifications, technical requirements, and questions to confirm
Quantity No Estimated purchase quantity; currently defaults to 1
Expected purchase time No Just exploring, immediately, within 1 month, or within 3 months

For the description, use "use + conditions + indicators + delivery requirements". State the experiment or process stage, key operating conditions, must-meet indicators, and the specifications and documents needed. Do not enter unauthorized sequences, client project names, internal results, or other sensitive information in a public or unsecured setting.

The bottom of the form requires confirming the information will be used only by the platform's company to contact you by phone or email. Read and agree before submitting; if you do not accept these channels, close the form instead of checking and submitting.

Contact sales

The mall home page and detail pages also offer Contact sales and Phone consultation entries, suited when:

  • You need to quickly confirm whether a product is currently available.
  • The need spans several specifications and is hard to describe in one form.
  • You need to confirm trial samples, scale-up packs, batch or long-term supply terms.
  • You already submitted an inquiry but must add key technical or procurement details.

Contact sales and phone consultation entries

When contacting, lead with the full product name or item number and say whether this is a product inquiry, quote inquiry, or custom request. Contact details and service hours shown may change; the mall's current page governs—this manual records no fixed phone or email.

If you already left a message, reference the product and submission time when following up instead of creating duplicates. Do not submit the same request through multiple entries to push for faster handling.

Confirm price, stock, and delivery

After receiving a reply or quote, do not check only the total. Confirm item by item:

  1. Product name, item number, specification, and quantity match the need.
  2. The quote includes the packs, testing, technical documents, taxes, and shipping required.
  3. Current stock, expected ship date, and delivery location fit your plan.
  4. Storage temperature, shipping conditions, shelf life, and post-opening requirements are executable.
  5. Required data sheets, COA, SDS, batch tests, or compliance files are provided.
  6. Payment, invoicing, changes, cancellation, and after-sales terms are clear.
  7. For critical experiments or production, whether a trial or suitability validation should precede use.
Situation Suggested handling
Product name in the quote incomplete Ask for the full name, item number, and specification before confirming
Product shown but no price Use the quote inquiry entry; wait for sales to confirm the current price
Stock or delivery unclear State the latest acceptable arrival; ask for available quantity and ship date
Quote lacks testing or quality documents List the files and tests needed; confirm they are in scope
Similar products in several specifications Compare against use case and equipment before choosing
Reply differs from the original request Pause confirmation; cite the original product and key indicators to clarify

What the page shows is not a final supply commitment

Images, summaries, and recommendation status convey public information. Price, stock, batch, lead time, and shipping may change; the mutually confirmed quote and supply scope govern.

Custom product needs

When no standard product fully matches, or the need requires adjusting specifications, performance, packaging, or technical support, set Request type to Custom development in the form and describe:

Selecting the custom development request type

  • The target product or material direction, and why existing candidates do not fit.
  • Intended use, sample type, and experiment or process scale.
  • Performance indicators to meet, allowed ranges, and validation methods.
  • Equipment, buffer systems, temperature, or other boundaries that cannot change.
  • Sample specifications needed, estimated quantity, documents, and delivery timing.
  • Whether to start with a technical assessment, sample testing, or direct development discussion.

Custom needs usually require scope clarification and feasibility assessment. Whether supply is possible, how it is validated, and how it is delivered follow the technical assessment and formal confirmation. When the need combines products, experiment services, and R&D plans, see also Solutions.
